We are currently recruiting for a Branch Assistant on behalf of our client. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining customer service, sales, and hands-on warehouse duties. This position will be temp to permanent for the right candidate and offers long-term potential, including future salary progression.
The Role
This is a well-rounded position where no two days are the same. Duties will include:
- Providing excellent customer service both face-to-face and via email/phone
- Supporting sales activity and ensuring customers come first
- Picking and preparing orders within the warehouse
- General branch support and administration
- Using Microsoft systems
This is not purely a warehouse role - we are looking for someone confident, proactive, and customer-focused.
What We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to write professional emails
- Comfortable using Excel and basic IT systems
- A hands-on attitude and willingness to support across departments
Salary & Hours
£25,000-£26,000 per year (£12.82-£13.33 per hour DOE) Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm 1 hour unpaid break
