Are you hands-on, tech-savvy, and enjoy working with gadgets? We\’re looking for a Returns Operative to join our dynamic team in Barton under Needwood, where you\’ll play a key role in giving returned electrical products a second life!
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Testing returned items such as TVs, laptops, and mobile phones to assess functionality.
- Diagnosing and repairing minor faults to restore products to a sellable condition.
- Cleaning, repackaging, and labelling items ready for resale or recycling.
- Logging faults and repairs accurately in our system.
- Working closely with the returns and quality control teams to ensure high standards.
What We\’re Looking For
- Basic knowledge of electrical products and how they work.
- Experience with repairs or refurbishments (desirable but not essential – training provided).
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pride in maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

- Monday – Friday, 07:10 – 15:10
