What You\βll Be Doing
- Testing returned items such as TVs, laptops, and mobile phones to assess functionality.
- Diagnosing and repairing minor faults to restore products to a sellable condition.
- Cleaning, repackaging, and labelling items ready for resale or recycling.
- Logging faults and repairs accurately in our system.
- Working closely with the returns and quality control teams to ensure high standards.
What We\βre Looking For
- Basic knowledge of electrical products and how they work.
- Experience with repairs or refurbishments (desirable but not essential β training provided).
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
