We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable FLT Counterbalance Driver / Production Operative to join a busy and friendly team. This is a hands-on role combining forklift driving, production work, and general warehouse duties. The position offers ongoing temporary work with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. Job Details

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
  • Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
  • Contract: Ongoing Temporary with Potential Permanent Opportunity
  • Start Date: Immediate Start Available

The Role

  • Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
  • Loading finished products into containers
  • Stacking containers onto pallets ready for storage or dispatch
  • Moving and storing pallets within the warehouse using the FLT
  • Supporting production and warehouse operations
  • Assisting with stock movement and general warehouse duties
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
  • Following Health & Safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence
  • Previous FLT and warehouse experience
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good attention to detail
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Production or manufacturing experience would be an advantage
