EXCITING NEW OPPORTUNITY. FANTASTIC PAY RATES! £19.23 per hour after training. £15.39 during training period. A new role for the Summer and beyond! Our client, a world renowned paint manufacturer require their next set of champions to succeed on their busy night shift. A great chance to secure a long term, and potentially permanent job in a dynamic and innovative company based near Stowmarket.
After a successful interview, training would begin on rotational day shifts (0600-1400/1400-2200) for a number of weeks, before starting on the nights (2200-0600). Ideally the right candidates would hold a manufacturing or factory background, although attitude and reliability are key to the role. This job is so new that we are awaiting a few details but the shifts would be 5 nights a week (to be confirmed exactly) - 5 nights out of 7.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specified products in line with procedures to meet company quality standards.
- Adhere to production planning schedules.
- Ensure duties are carried out efficiently to minimise costs and waste.
- Follow health and safety regulations, maintain safe-working practices at all times and undertake any required training to ensure the company aligns with legislation.
- Coordinate your workplace and maintain a high standard of housekeeping, to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Achieve production targets in order to contribute to department objectives.
- Ensure that products are manufactured safely in a chemical environment.
