What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating Machinery:Run and monitor equipment used in baking and production
- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet high-quality standards
- Packaging: Safely package and label finished goods ready for distribution
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to hit production targets
- Maintaining Safety: Keep your workspace clean and follow all health & safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Physically fit, able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- A real team player with a positive attitude
