East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington.

Shift Pattern
Friday to Monday
- Friday: 21:00 - 05:30
- Saturday: 19:00 - 05:30
- Sunday: 18:00 - 04:30
- Monday: 21:00 - 05:30
Pay Rates
- Friday 21:00 - 00:00:
£16.54 per hour. Hours worked after midnight:
£17.76 per hour
- Saturday & Sunday nights:
£17.76 per hour
- Overtime:
Up to £23.40 per hour
Duties
As a Parcel Sorter / Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:
- Sorting and scanning parcels
- Loading and unloading freight
- Labelling shipments accurately
- Quality checking cargo
- Updating shipment information on internal systems
- General warehouse duties
- Manual handling of parcels up to 25kg
Requirements
To work within this airport-based operation, applicants must:
- Be willing to undertake a DBS check
- Provide a 5-year checkable work history for aviation security clearance
- Complete a fully funded Aviation Cargo Operative course
- Be reliable and able to work weekend night shifts
