We are currently looking for a confident individual to join our client's busy desk in Worthing. This role includes taking calls and receiving emails from customers to report faulty equipment and coordinate the repairs by liaising with engineers and tracking the progress of each case. This can be a fast‑paced role and we are preferably looking for someone with past IT experience.
Key responsibilities:
- First point of contact on telephones and emails
- Raising jobs on their dedicated software, ensuring all information is logged and submitting to the dedicated contractor to complete
- Processing and checking completed paperwork from engineers, installation teams and deliveries
- Raising relevant paperwork for the warehouse to pick and dispatch goods
- Calling stores to arrange access for deliveries, collections and engineer attendance
The ideal candidate must have good organisational skills and will be able to multitask. Full training will be provided for this role. This is a temp‑to‑perm position and is a great opportunity for someone looking for a career.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. This includes covering an on‑call service on a rota basis (this will be discussed further).
Pay: From £12.71ph (to be reviewed after probationary period of 3 months).
