Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am - 4:45pm
The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced
Press Brake Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operator looking for a stable, full-time position with a long weekend every week.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and operating press brake machinery
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- Producing high-quality metal components to required tolerances
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products
- Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working as part of a busy production team to meet deadlines
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience operating press brake machinery
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good understanding of health and safety practices within a manufacturing environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Competitive hourly rate of
£14.00 - £14.50 per hour, depending on experience
- Monday to Thursday working pattern
