As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and handling of goods throughout the warehouse, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out general warehouse duties including picking, packing, loading, and unloading goods
  • Safely move, store, and organise stock within the warehouse using appropriate manual handling techniques
  • Conduct stock replenishment and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Sort and process goods in accordance with warehouse procedures and company standards
  • Use material handling equipment safely and competently as required
  • Keep work areas clean, tidy, and well-organised at all times
  • Work efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines

About You
  • Ability to work early morning shifts (03:00‑05:00 start times, finishing 10:00‑12:00)
  • Own transport or local to site – Due to early start times and shift pattern, own transport is essential or you must be local to the Nottingham site
  • Physical capability to perform manual handling duties and warehouse work
  • Reliable and punctual with strong attendance record
  • Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday consistently
  • Willingness to learn and follow warehouse procedures and safety protocols
  • Good teamwork skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Right to work in the UK
Shift Details
  • Days: Tuesday – Saturday
  • Hours: Early morning shift, starting between 03:00 – 05:00 and finishing between 10:00 – 12:00
