Overview
Our client based in the heart of the Hitchin industrial estate is currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join its growing team. Working with experienced members of staff, Successful candidates will be provided with full training on the production operative role from start to finish with regular opportunities to develop and gain a permanent contract after successful trial period.

- Hitchin
Responsibilities
- Correctly measuring quantities of raw materials to include in batch production
- Setting up & running machines to produce customer orders
- Notifying engineeers of any faults to minimise production downtime
- Maintaining a clean work station in line with company guidelines
- Working to company Health & safety standards at all times
Working Hours
- Sunday – Thursday 22:00 – 06:00
Pay Rates
- £13.50 Sunday to Thursday increasing to £15.30 per hour after 12 weeks continuous
