We are currently recruiting experienced FLT and PPT Drivers to join a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse operation in Long Benton. This role offers ongoing work, varied shifts, and competitive pay rates with enhanced Sunday pay after parity.
Shift Pattern:
- Days
- Backs
- Nights
- Occasional weekends
- Flexibility across shifts is required
Pay Rates:
- Pre-Parity (First 12 Weeks):
- Day Shift: £12.21 per hour
- Back Shift: £13.21 per hour
- Night Shift: £13.21 per hour
- Day Shift: £12.41 per hour
- Back Shift: £13.96 per hour
- Night Shift: £15.51 per hour
The Role:
- Operating PPT and FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently
- Working on the factory floor, including use of a baler machine
- Disposing of waste and moving stock around site
- Supporting general warehouse and production tasks
- Adhering to all site health & safety standards and procedures
The Candidate:
- Minimum 1 year's experience operating PPT and FLT Counterbalance
- Valid, in-date PPT and FLT Counterbalance licences
- Flexible to work both day and night shifts as part of a rota
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
