The Best Connection are currently looking for HGV Cat C drivers to work for our client based in Winchester. The job has NO multi-drop - NO heavy lifting. It is Monday to Friday with plenty of overtime available 7 days a week. The annual salary is £46k basic with a very realistic annual take home of £50+k. full training is provided. Here are all the details:
- The normal working week is Monday to Friday with overtime paid after 50 hours and also available at weekends.
- The standard hours of work are 6.00 PM to 4.30 AM
- You will receive full training all aspects of the job including;
- All health and safety systems and processes. Work completion methods
- Safe systems of work, Vehicle and equipment handling
- A typical working day will be to driver a water tanker and clear blockages to ensure rain water etc drains freely on all roads and any excess water is removed. This will include Drainage work. The work will involve moving from one job to the next to the next reporting any work issues or completions on each assignment.
- There is an immediate start to the work and subject to successfully completing a 16 week probation you will be given a permanent position.
- The company also provide excellent bonus systems monthly and annually
- 32 days annual leave
- Continuous overtime 7 days a week
- Paid Standby which are not compulsory and paid at overtime rates
