Our major client is looking for Multi-Drop Drivers to join its team in Croydon. If you want to make a difference in healthcare and improve lives, apply today!
Job Overview:
Location: Croydon
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Start Time: 5:00 AM
Pay Rates:
£15.00 per hour
£21.00 per hour (overtime & Saturdays)
Saturday work (every other week) - Minimum 8 hours paid, even if only 3-4 hours worked
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 05:00/06:00 - 16:00/18:00
Saturday: 06:00 - 12:00
Minimum 8 hours per day (Drivers may work up to 10-11 hours)
Key Responsibilities Of A Multi-Drop Van Drivers:
Two runs per day delivering to chemists around London
20 or more drops per run
Load vehicle at 06:00, check goods, complete first run, return to depot for a break, then complete the second run
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and security
Handle and check orders and returns, including HazChems
Maintain a smart appearance and strong customer relations
Assist with warehouse tasks and follow Health & Safety standards
Requirements Of A Multi-Drop Van Drivers:
Experience in multi-drop driving and customer-facing roles
Clean driving license (minor 3-point endorsements accepted, no DD/DR/IN/CD)
Pass a theory test & 2-hour driving assessment
Good communication, numeracy, and literacy skills
Ability to perform manual handling tasks (lifting/bending)
