The Best Connection - Oldham require 2 x Class 1 Day Drivers to work on an ongoing basis for our client based in the Middleton Area.
This is delivery of caged products from the depot to Client locations. Some jobs will require you to operate a tail lift. Start times will vary from 05.00am. First couple of weeks training but will fall into a regular shift pattern thereafter. Weekend work is available during Peak Times.
- Days Basic - £16.00
- Days Overtime - £16.00
- Min 9 hours guaranteed.
- Saturday - £24.00
- Sunday and B/Hols - £32.00
- Training first week - £14.00
Specific Job Requirements:
- HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence (due to insurance purposes no DR's, IN's and must be aged 25yrs or older)
- Digital Tachograph card (UK Issued)
- Driver's CPC
- Excellent knowledge of driver's working time regulations, and a good understanding of the motorway network
- Comfortable with cages
- Flexible attitude to working hours
- Reliability and excellent timekeeping is essential for success
- Immediate starts for the right candidate
- 2 years checkable work history
