The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy food manufacturing site based in Mitcham. This role will involve working on a fast-paced production line, assisting with the preparation, assembly, and packaging of food products while ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety are maintained at all times. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for candidates with production or factory experience looking for long-term work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on a production line preparing and packaging food products
