We're recruiting for a Janitor / Grounds Person to join a small, friendly 3-person team at our client based in Livingston. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for dealing with all external and behind-the-scenes maintenance tasks that help keep the site running smoothly.
Duties include:
- Litter picking and general site upkeep
- Gritting and snow clearance during winter months
- Use of maintenance and grounds equipment
- Working independently and managing your own workload
- Supporting the overall presentation and safety of the shopping centre
A full clean driving licence is essential for this role.
We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Is reliable and self-motivated
- Can work on their own initiative
- Is comfortable using a range of equipment
- Has a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Shift Pattern:
- 09:00 - 18:00 - Mon
- 09:00 - 18:00 - Tues
- 09:00 - 18:00 - Wed
- Off - Thurs
- Off - Fri
- 06:00 - 14:00 - Sat
- 09:00 - 18:00 - Sun
