Our client, a rapidly expanding business within the logistics sector, is currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join its busy team based in Pitstone, near Leighton Buzzard. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day operation, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately. This position involves handling both B2B and B2C orders within a fast‑paced warehouse environment, making it an excellent opportunity for hardworking and reliable individuals looking to develop their career. Warehouse Operative - Pay Rates
- £13.00 per hour Monday to Friday
- £14.50 per hour Saturdays
- £15.00 per hour Sundays
Warehouse Operative - Working Hours
- 07:00am - 17:00pm on a rota basis
- Working 5 days out of 7 each week
- Candidates must be flexible and available to work weekends
Warehouse Operative - Duties Will Include
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Processing both B2B and B2C shipments
- Quality checking products before despatch
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
- Working towards productivity and accuracy targets
- Following all health and safety procedures
