Our client, based in Solihull, Birmingham requires x 2 Hybrid Administrators, working 08:00-17:00 Monday - Friday - 2 Days onsite and 3 Days from home paying £15.50 per hour.
The position is a genuine temp to perm opportunity following a successful trial period, there is further career progression potential.
Responsibilities/Experience required:
Process and manage invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Create, maintain and update records relating to invoices, time sheets and financial transactions.
Verify invoice details and investigate discrepancies as required
Reconcile payments received against outstanding invoices
Manage and process employee hours and timesheet information
Prepare reports and provide financial and operational data to support management decision making
Responded professionally to customer and supplier enquiries relating to invoicing and billing matters.
Support the development and continuous improvement of invoicing and administrative processes.
all records are maintained in accordance with company procedures and data protection requirements.
Previous experience in an administrative, invoicing, payroll or finance support role.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, excel, outlook and word.
