Experienced PM HGV1 Drivers Required – Heathrow Airport
The Best Connection is recruiting Class 1 drivers to join our airport client based at Heathrow Airport.
Competitive Pay | PM Shifts | Weekly Pay
Pay Rates: £21.71 – £28.50 per hour
Pay rates based on Sociable and Unsociable hours.
Shift Details
- PM Shift: 00:00 – 03:00 start
- Minimum 8 hours paid per shift
- 40 hours guaranteed per week
- Overtime paid after 40 hours
Your Responsibilities
- Trunking freight between depots and UK Airports.
- 1 to 3 drops per shift.
- Daily vehicle checks and paperwork completion.
- No handball – just trunking to and from UK Airports.
Requirements
- Valid UK Class 1 driving license.
- Previous Class 1 driving experience – Desired but not essential.
- No more than 6 penalty points for minor offences.
- No DR, DD, IN offences.
- Valid Digital Tachograph card and CPC card.
- Able to provide 5 years of references.
- DBS check (application supported by TBC).
- Valid CO+T training (to be provided by TBC).
