We are recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Night Drivers for a logistics client in the Worksop area.
The Role
- Night shifts: Sunday to Thursday
- Start times between 15:00‑22:00
- Depot‑to‑depot trunking plus occasional store deliveries
- Minimal or no hand‑balling
Pay Rates
- £21.58 per hour (between 02:00‑06:00)
- £18.04 – £18.38 per hour outside these hours
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Class 1 trunking routes and store deliveries
- Follow scheduled routes and delivery times
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks
- Ensure full compliance with UK driving laws and tachograph regulations
- Communicate with the transport team regarding any issues or delays
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) HGV licence
- Minimum 2 years Class 1 driving experience
- Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
- Strong timekeeping and communication skills
