experienced Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of the production team, ensuring all work is completed

You will be responsible for supervising staff, allocating workloads, monitoring productivity and supporting the training and development of team members. You will also play an important role in maintaining excellent customer service levels, resolving operational issues and driving continuous improvement across the department.

Shift Patterns

AM Team Leader: 8:00am - 5:00pm, or 12-hour shift

Afternoon Team Leader: 12-hour shift with a 1-hour break
