We are currently seeking an experienced Production Operative to join one of our valued clients based in Alton. This is a fantastic ongoing opportunity, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Details Of The Role:

  • Location: Alton
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30am - 16:00pm
  • Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
  • Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking, packing, and preparing printed materials for dispatch
  • Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
  • Organising and maintaining warehouse stock and storage areas
  • Ensuring goods are stored correctly and labelled accurately
  • Assisting with goods‑in and goods‑out processes
  • Carrying out deliveries of goods using a company van
  • Performing daily vehicle checks and reporting any issues promptly
  • Ensuring the vehicle is kept clean, organised, and roadworthy
  • Ensuring all goods are handled with care to maintain quality standards

Requirements:

  • Forklift license is beneficial but not essential.
  • Previous experience in van driving
  • Previous experience working within a printing company is beneficial
  • Strong warehouse experience is required
  • Full UK driving licence (clean or minimal points preferred)
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle physical tasks
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
