Warehouse Operative Wanted - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay

Location: Hailsham | Shifts: Mon - Fri: 08:00 - 16:30

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking warehouse operative to assist our client in Hailsham. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a keen eye for detail. You'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and safely.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and dispatching products to meet daily shipment targets.
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and reporting discrepancies.
• Supporting smooth warehouse and logistics operations.
• Upholding warehouse safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Using warehouse systems and scanners (training provided).
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
