Food Production Operative

Overview

Our client, a well known manufacturer based in Little Melton, are seeking an experienced candidate to help on their growing production line. Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation, cooking, and packaging of crisps
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations
• Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues promptly
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the production line
• Following all health and safety guidelines

Working Hours & Pattern

• Shift hours: 06:00 to 18:00 (12-hour shifts)
• 60 minutes of unpaid split breaks during the shift
• Work schedule: 4 days on, 1 day off, Monday to Friday
