Production Operative- Late Shift in Farnham

Shift Pattern: Monday-Thursday, 4:00pm-12:30am | Friday, 3:00pm-10:30pm

Contract: Temporary to Permanent (12 weeks)

We are currently recruiting for a Late Shift Production Operative to join a specialist manufacturing environment in Farnham. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude who is confident working with complex machinery and looking to develop their skills within a technical production role.

This is a hands-on position involving the setting and operation of complex machinery, requiring a high level of accuracy, dexterity and attention to detail.

The Role

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Setting up and operating complex production machinery.
• Working with plastics and aluminium components.
• Carrying out aspects of mechanical assembly.
• Using a range of hand and power tools.
• Working with press tools and specialist production equipment.
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and dexterity throughout the production process.
• Following working procedures and maintaining a safe, organised working environment.

• Have a good level of spoken English.
• Be able to commute reliably to Farnham.

£17.21 per hour
