Factory Cleaner

We are currently recruiting for a hardworking and reliable Factory Cleaner to join our client's busy manufacturing facility in Cwmfelinfach.

This is a hands‑on role focused on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning production areas, walkways, welfare facilities, and communal areas.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the factory.
• Sweeping, mopping, and sanitising workspaces and equipment.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
• Assisting with general housekeeping duties across the facility.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns to management.
• Working as part of a team to ensure the site remains clean, safe, and presentable.

Requirements

• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential.

Desirable Experience

• Within a factory, warehouse, production, industrial, or commercial cleaning environment.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
