Warehouse Operatives to join the team at
Lidl's Distribution Centre in Doncaster. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the UK's leading retailers in a fast-paced and supportive warehouse environment.
Pay Rates & Shift Patterns
Afternoon Shift
- Wednesday to Sunday
- 13:00 - 21:00
- £13.30 per hour
Night Shift
- Saturday to Tuesday
- 21:00 - 05:00
- £17.30 per hour
Warehouse Operative Duties
As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:
- Using a voice headset system to accurately pick customer orders
- Picking a variety of products, including chilled goods
- Working towards productivity and picking targets
- Ensuring pallets are built safely and securely for transport
- Reporting damaged stock or discrepancies to supervisors
- Completing daily tasks efficiently and accurately
- Assisting with stock checks and general warehouse housekeeping
- Following all site health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Experience Required
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but
not essential, as full training will be provided.
Experience using a
Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) or Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) is advantageous but not required.
