Are you a people person who enjoys talking to customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our clients Customer Service Team on a temporary basis!
Previous telephone experience is essential! This role is on a 5/7 rota (Weekends included!).
Location: Snodland
Pay: £12.75 per hour
Hours: 9 hours between 8am and 8pm
Duration: 2 Month Temporary with potential to be ongoing. This role is Wednesday-Sunday (Weekends included!).
Responsibilities:- Be part of a dynamic team handling up to 1,000 calls per day.
- Take orders, assist clients, and offer promotional deals.
- Ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction with every call.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently while providing friendly and professional support.
- A chatty, outgoing personality and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- You don’t need to come from a call centre background, but you must be confident working in a fast-moving environment.
