Administration & Data Management- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, deliveries, and dispatches
- Input and update data on warehouse management systems (WMS) and spreadsheets
- Process delivery notes, purchase orders, and shipping documentation
- File and organise warehouse paperwork (digital and physical)
- Assist with stock control, cycle counts, and inventory reporting
- Investigate discrepancies and support stock reconciliation
- Support order processing and tracking
- Act as a point of contact between warehouse staff, transport providers, and office teams
- Respond to queries from internal departments and external suppliers
- Schedule deliveries and collections where required
