The Best Connection Group Limited are currently recruiting for a Yard Marshall on behalf of one of our well-known Clients in the Crewe area. Our client is a UK wide company specialising in the storage, distribution and management of packaging solutions for many lead retailers. This is an ongoing role.
Daily duties will include:
- Being able to work in all weather conditions
- Directing incoming and outgoing vehicles
- Directing HGVs and trucks into the correct loading bays
- Managing 9 vehicle bays
- Speaking to drivers
- Using walkie talkies
- Working in a fast paced environment to manage and hit company specific KPIs
- Adhering to all health and safety rules
- Litter picker during downtime
- Any 3 over 7 shifts
- Shifts will increase in busy periods when the yard is busy
- Weekends are included in this role
10am - 2pm
