We\’re expanding our team of Class 1 HGV Drivers at our busy Chorley site—and we want you.
Why Work With Us?
Shift Patterns We Are Recruiting For:
- Wednesday to Sunday
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
Please note:
- Alternative weekends are required for this role.
- Providing additional days outside the above shift patterns is highly desirable.
- Weekend availability is essential due to current business needs, so applications without weekend availability cannot be considered.
- Monday-Friday roles may become available later in the year.
Flexible Start Times:
Start times available between 12:00 and 16:00 depending on routes.
Pay Rates:
- Standard Days (06:00-18:00): £17.70 per hour
- Standard Nights (18:00-06:00): £22.70 per hour
- Sunday Days: £26.55 per hour
What We\’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years\’ continuous Class 1 driving experience
- Full UK licence with CE entitlement
- No more than 6 points, with no DD, DR, or IN endorsements
- Good nationwide UK road knowledge
- Professional, reliable, and safety‑focused attitude
What to Expect:
- Tacho test and driving assessment
- Paid Health & Safety training once assessments are passed
