The Best Connection are recruiting Refuse Loaders to join our clients growing team based in Burntwood. The role will include going out on rounds collecting refuse, recycling & organic waste. The job is a daily book back and you'll work between 2 to 4 days per week. You will be paid £9.25 hours per day even if you complete the round early.

This is a physically demanding role and will require you to manoeuvre recycling bins & bags and involve walking up to 10 to 15 miles per day. You will attend a 3 day induction:

  • Day 1: Classroom Health and Safety
  • Day 2 & 3: On the job training with experienced worker

You will need your own transport to get to the depot due to the early start time of the job. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 05:45 - 16:30.

Pay Rate: £13.26 per hour.
