We are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver on behalf of our client based in Longtown. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking driver looking for long-term employment with the potential to secure a permanent position.
The Role
As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for:
- Completing multi-drop pallet deliveries across local and surrounding areas
- Carrying out around 5-10 deliveries per day
- Loading and unloading deliveries when required
- Conducting daily vehicle checks and maintaining accurate paperwork
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am start
- Full-time hours
- £15.00 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Temp-to-perm opportunity
- Monday to Friday work

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous Class 2 driving experience
- A good understanding of driver hours and road transport regulations
- A positive and professional attitude
- A high level of reliability and punctuality
- The ability to carry out physical work and assist with loading/unloading when required
