Voice Order Picker (DAY Shift) - Chilled Warehouse
Shift Pattern: Any 5 Days from 7 (Never Work Saturdays)
We are currently recruiting
Voice Order Pickers to join a leading food and drinks distribution company operating within a chilled warehouse environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with competitive pay rates, regular overtime, and enhanced Sunday pay. Working as part of a busy warehouse operation, you will use a voice-picking system to accurately select products and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
Standard Hours
£13.45 per hour for the first 12 weeks
£13.95 per hour after 12 weeks
Sunday Hours
£14.60 per hour for the first 12 weeks
£15.10 per hour after 12 weeks
£16.81 per hour for the first 12 weeks
£17.44 per hour after 12 weeks
Sunday Overtime
£17.96 per hour
09:00-17:30
Any 5 days from 7 shift pattern
No Saturday working
Enhanced Sunday rates

Key Responsibilities
- Picking food and drink products using a voice-controlled picking system
- Accurately selecting stock and building pallets for dispatch
- Working towards productivity and accuracy targets
- Using warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks
- Maintaining health and safety standards at all times
- Working in a chilled warehouse environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is advantageous but not essential
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
