The Best Connection is recruiting for an experienced Butcher for our Wolverhampton-based client. Immediate start available.
Pay rate: £14.50 per hour
Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday: 9:00AM - 4:00PM
Long-term, ongoing work
Duties include:
- Preparing, cutting and trimming meat to a high standard
- Serving customers at the shop-front counter
- Advising customers on cuts of meat and cooking methods
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
- Keeping displays well stocked, clean and presentable
- Other general butchery and shop duties as required
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous butchery experience (shop-front essential)
- Be confident and professional when dealing with customers
- Have good knowledge of meat cuts and preparation
You will be working as part of a small team, supporting the smooth and efficient running of shop-front operations.
