About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team supporting the aerospace industry. In this role, you will be responsible for order picking and preparing parts to meet strict quality and safety standards. Accuracy and efficiency are key, as the parts you handle are critical to aerospace operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack aerospace components according to order specifications
- Ensure all parts are handled with care and meet quality requirements
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with company procedures
- Support general warehouse duties including goods-in and dispatch
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order-picking environment (aerospace experience desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
- Basic IT skills for inventory management
- Be able to provide 5 years work history
- Be willing to complete a DBS check
