They are looking for individuals to join their busy production team, who will take responsibility for the assembly and quality of the products manufactured in their cell.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Grinder Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating grinding machinery to produce smooth, precise finishes on polymer components, ensuring they meet strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and set up grinding machines according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
  • Adjust machine settings to achieve desired tolerances and surface finishes.
  • Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on finished work.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly.
  • Document production activities and quality data accurately.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Grinder Operator or in a similar role in manufacturing.
