We are looking for reliable, hard‑working individuals to join our team as Potato Graders at our busy site on Elsham Wold Industrial Estate. This is a hands‑on role involving produce grading, housekeeping, and general site support.
Key Responsibilities- Sorting and grading potatoes by size and quality
- Identifying and removing damaged or unsuitable produce
- General tidying of the grading area, including:
- Sweeping floors
- Shovelling and clearing away old or waste potatoes
- Keeping walkways and workstations clear
- Good attention to detail
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Physically able to carry out heavy lifting
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to get stuck in
- Team‑focused attitude
- Comfortable working in a production environment
- Must be able to drive to access the site (no public transport available)
- £12.71 hourly rate
