About the Role
We are currently recruiting motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a large, well-established distribution center based in Bognor Regis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced logistics environment, supporting the storage, picking, packing and dispatch of products across the UK and internationally. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in accuracy and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Loading and unloading goods using manual handling equipment
- Operating handheld scanners and following system instructions
- Replenishing stock and maintaining correct inventory levels
- Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised
- Working to daily productivity targets and quality standards
About You
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is desirable but not essential
- Good attention to detail and ability to work at pace
- Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet throughout the shift
- Reliable, hardworking and a strong team player
- Able to follow written processes and safety procedures
