The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established and friendly manufacturing company based in Blaenavon. This is a great opportunity to join a small, supportive team in a varied role, with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period. Previous factory or production experience is essential.
This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, where full training will be provided, including health and safety procedures.
Duties will include:
- Labelling products
- Filling and capping items
- Packing finished goods
- Supporting general production duties as required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous factory or production experience
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and follow processes
Working hours & pay:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 17:00
- Friday: 07:00 - 15:00
- £12.71 per hour
