Responsibilities
- Accurately completing and maintaining data using Excel spreadsheets
- Handling customer enquiries regarding orders, pricing, and product availability
- Liaising with suppliers based in China
- Managing sales-related correspondence, including emails, telephone calls, and follow-ups
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge and experience using Excel
- Previous experience with SAGE software
- Fluent Mandarin (essential)
- B2B sales experience is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
