Process Operatives for a well-established manufacturing site based in
Erdington, supplying into a fast-paced industrial environment.
This is a physical, hands-on role and would suit candidates who are reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working with machinery and metal components.

Role Overview
As a Process Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Loading sheets of metal into production machinery (up to 11kg)
- Operating machinery following training
- Visual inspection of finished components
- Maintaining quality standards and attention to detail
- Working to health & safety procedures at all times
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
What We're Looking For
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting
- Good eye for detail and quality inspection
- Able to work rotating shifts
- Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred but
not essential (full training provided)
Most vacancies are on a
2-shift rotation:
06:00 - 14:00
14:00 - 22:00
22:00 - 06:00 (Fixed)
Candidates must be flexible to work shifts as required.
£12.71 per hour basic
37.5 hours per week
per shift worked, with effective hourly rate shown:
