Nuneaton (Bermuda Park) 4 on / 4 off - Days & Nights (6:45am-7:00pm / 6:45pm-7:00am) £14.24ph

We're currently looking for motivated Machine / Production Operatives to join our team at our Nuneaton site.

What you'll be doing:

  • Running, cleaning, and setting up production machinery
  • Operating and monitoring cutting and packing machines to ensure smooth production
  • Completing 30-minute quality checks to meet product and compliance standards
  • Working with your team to achieve production targets and maintain high standards
  • Ensuring full compliance with health & safety, food safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Identifying and reporting equipment issues to minimise downtime
  • Accurately recording quality checks and production data

What we're looking for:

  • Experience operating and setting production machinery (ideally within food manufacturing or a high-care environment)
  • A strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality
  • A reliable, proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
