- Monday - Wednesday: 16:00 - 02:00

Job Overview:
Our client based in Atherstone is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join their late shift milling team. You will be setting, operating, and programming universal bed-type milling machines using Heidenhain controls, working with a variety of materials including stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel, and cast iron. This is a long-term opportunity within a well-established engineering business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting, operating, and programming CNC milling machines (Heidenhain)
- Online programming using Heidenhain controls
- Working with universal milling heads
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Machining components to tight tolerances
- Completing your own quality inspections
- Safe use of overhead cranes
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines
- Experience with Heidenhain control systems
- Background machining medium to large fabrications and castings
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
