The Best Connection are seeking a reliable and organised Administrator for our client based in Woking. This is a varied role suited to someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Location: Woking
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm flexibility around school runs where needed
Industry: Logistics
Contract: Temp-Perm
Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and organising appointments
- Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Data entry including some payroll and updating internal databases
- Supporting other departments as required
Key Requirements of the Administrator:
- Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, friendly, and proactive approach
