The Best Connection Oxford are currently recruiting for a Class 2 HIAB Driver on behalf of our client based in Abingdon, Oxford. This is an ongoing position with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
Duties will include:
- Delivering building materials to customers across Oxford and the surrounding areas.
- Loading and unloading using a HIAB, ensuring all loads are secure and compliant.
- Completing daily delivery schedules professionally and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver building materials to local customers.
- Operate HIAB safely and efficiently.
- Carry out vehicle safety checks.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Follow all road safety and transport regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- In-date HIAB Licence essential.
- Minimum 12 months Category C driving experience.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Professional and safety-conscious attitude.
