Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals while taking into account dietary restrictions
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team
- Assist with mobility, including helping clients to walk or use assistive devices
- Participate in the development and regular review of individual care plans
Requirements
- Prior experience in a UK Healthcare Role is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Completion of competency checks and Enhanced DBS clearance
