- As a
Class 1 HGV Driver , your duties will include
- Completing trunking and store delivery work
- Operating Class 1 (C+E) vehicles safely and efficiently
- Conducting daily vehicle safety checks
- Following routes and transport schedules
- Adhering to Driver Hours Regulations and Working Time Directive requirements
- Completing delivery paperwork and digital records accurately
- Maintaining professional standards at all times
- Complying with all road transport legislation and company procedures
- Driver Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have
- Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence
- Minimum 2 years' Class 1 driving experience
- Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- No major endorsements or disqualifications
- Good knowledge of UK driving laws and regulations
- Reliable, punctual and professional approach
