BRAND NEW POSITION – WORKING IN A CLEAN, FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT! Our Client, a flower distributor based in Droitwich, are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join their growing team, for on-going work with the potential for a permanent position after completing a successful trial period.

Duties Include: Managing Team Performances Interacting and Motivating the Workforce Addressing and Helping Rectify Employee Problems Communicating Goals and Results Benefits: Friendly, Clean Environment Fixed PM Shift Permanent after Successful 12 Week Period Good Basic Pay Rate Pay Rate: £13.65 Per Hour

Shift (5 out of 7 days): Flexibility Required around Peak Periods Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday Other benefits of working for The Best Connection Group Ltd include: 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday) Online payslips, Weekly pay and Pension contribution On-going assignments
