Our client, a world-renowned paint manufacturer, requires their next set of champions to succeed on their busy night shift. This new role, available for the summer and beyond, offers a great opportunity to secure a long-term, potentially permanent position in a dynamic and innovative company based near Stowmarket. After a successful interview, training will begin on rotational day shifts (0600-1400/1400-2200) for several weeks before transitioning to the night shift (2200-0600). The position requires five nights a week (to be confirmed exactly) and the pay may start at £12.71, potentially more (to be confirmed by Jun 2026).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specified products in line with procedures to meet company quality standards.
  • Adhere to production planning schedules.
  • Ensure duties are carried out efficiently to minimise costs and waste.
  • Follow health and safety regulations, maintain safe-working practices at all times, and undertake any required training to ensure the company aligns with legislation.
  • Coordinate your workplace and maintain a high standard of housekeeping to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Provide a high level of service to internal customers.
  • Achieve production targets to contribute to department objectives.
  • Ensure that products are manufactured to the correct quality following a recipe.
  • Ensure that products are manufactured safely in a chemical environment.
